1. Booking Agreement
By submitting a deposit for Lucian Vibe 2027, travelers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, provided the agreement has been made available for review before payment.
Vibe & Voyages LLC is an independent travel agency coordinating accommodations, travel arrangements, and curated group experiences through third-party suppliers.
All reservations are subject to availability, deposit requirements, payment obligations, cancellation policies, and the terms outlined in this agreement.
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received, processed, and the booking has been confirmed by Vibe & Voyages LLC.
2. Reservation Deposits
A deposit is required to secure participation in Lucian Vibe 2027.
The required deposit amount will be identified during registration or on the traveler's invoice.
Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost unless a separately disclosed service fee applies.
A completed registration form without the required deposit does not secure accommodations.
Reservations remain subject to availability until confirmed.
14-Day Refundable Deposit Period
Vibe & Voyages LLC offers a fourteen (14) calendar-day refundable deposit period for eligible reservations.
Travelers may request a full refund of their initial reservation deposit within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, provided the written request is received no later than March 11, 2027.
The refundable period ends on the earlier of:
Fourteen (14) calendar days after the deposit payment date.
March 11, 2027.
March 11, 2027, is the absolute deadline for the refundable deposit period, regardless of when the deposit was originally paid.
Deposits received on or after March 12, 2027, are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except as required by applicable law.
Any separately purchased services or supplier charges that are nonrefundable must be clearly disclosed before payment. Such charges are not part of the guaranteed refundable reservation deposit.
3. Payment Schedule, Automatic Payments & Late Fees
All travelers participating in Lucian Vibe 2027 are required to follow the payment schedule established for their individual reservations.
FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE: APRIL 27, 2027
Monthly Payment Requirements
Monthly payments are mandatory for travelers who have not paid their reservation balance in full.
All travelers participating in a monthly payment plan must maintain a valid credit or debit card on file through Vibe & Voyages LLC's authorized payment processor.
Scheduled monthly payments will be charged automatically according to the payment dates and amounts authorized by the traveler.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available and their payment information remains current.
Travelers may make additional payments or pay their balance in full before the final-payment deadline.
Late Payment Fee – $25
A $25 late-payment fee will be assessed when a scheduled monthly payment is not received by its due date and the traveler has not notified Vibe & Voyages LLC in advance that payment will be late.
Travelers must notify Vibe & Voyages in writing at hello@vibeandvoyages.com before their scheduled payment due date if they anticipate a delay.
Advance notification prevents the automatic $25 late fee for that scheduled payment but does not automatically extend the payment deadline.
Any revised payment arrangement must be approved in writing by Vibe & Voyages LLC.
A $25 late fee applies per missed monthly payment, not per day.
Late fees will not compound or accumulate daily.
A returned, declined, or unsuccessful automatic payment may be considered late if not resolved by the scheduled due date.
Late fees will not be assessed when payment failure results from an agency or payment-processor error.
All fees are subject to applicable law and must be disclosed before enrollment in the payment plan.
Missed Payments
Failure to resolve overdue payments may result in cancellation of the reservation and applicable supplier penalties.
Vibe & Voyages LLC reserves the right to decline requested payment extensions when they would interfere with supplier payment deadlines.
Payment reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not extend established due dates.
All outstanding trip balances must be paid in full by April 27, 2027.
4. Package Pricing and Occupancy
Package pricing is based on the selected accommodations, room occupancy, travel dates, and services identified in the traveler's booking confirmation.
The contracted room category is Deluxe Swim Out King.
Double-occupancy pricing is based on two paying adults sharing accommodations.
Single-occupancy reservations are subject to separate pricing and availability.
Changes in room occupancy may result in price adjustments.
If one traveler sharing a room cancels, the remaining traveler may be responsible for additional charges resulting from the occupancy change.
Requests for additional nights, room upgrades, or reservation modifications are subject to availability and possible price increases.
Prices for additional rooms are not guaranteed to match the original contracted rate.
Only services expressly identified in the traveler's purchased package are included in the reservation price.
5. Cancellation & Refund Requests
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@vibeandvoyages.com.
Cancellations Within the Refundable Deposit Period
Eligible requests received within the fourteen-day refundable deposit period, and no later than March 11, 2027, will receive a full refund of the initial reservation deposit.
Cancellations After the Refundable Deposit Period
Once the refundable deposit period expires, the reservation deposit becomes nonrefundable and nontransferable, except as required by applicable law.
All subsequent cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed individually, in the order received.
Each request will be evaluated based on:
The date the written cancellation request was received.
Applicable supplier cancellation and refund policies.
Payments already committed to travel suppliers.
Any nonrecoverable expenses or valid cancellation charges.
Funds available for recovery from suppliers.
Applicable legal requirements.
Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not guarantee approval or reimbursement.
Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the traveler's booking agreement, applicable supplier terms, and governing law.
Refund Processing
Written cancellation requests will be reviewed in the order received.
Travelers will receive written notification of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after applicable supplier refunds are received, or earlier when required by law.
Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when possible.
No duplicate cancellation charges will be deducted for the same expense.
Cancellation by Vibe & Voyages or a Supplier
If the trip or a material component is canceled by Vibe & Voyages or a travel supplier, affected guests will be notified of available alternatives and applicable refund options.
Refund rights will be determined by the services not provided, supplier agreements, the guest's booking terms, and applicable law.
A traveler's cancellation request is separate from cancellation initiated by Vibe & Voyages or a supplier.
6. Missed Payments and Reservation Cancellation
Travelers are responsible for making payments on time.
If a scheduled payment is missed:
Vibe & Voyages may contact the traveler regarding the overdue balance.
Missed payments do not automatically extend reservation deadlines.
Continued nonpayment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Applicable supplier penalties or properly disclosed charges may apply.
Travelers remain responsible for amounts validly owed under their individual booking agreements.
Guests experiencing payment difficulties should contact Vibe & Voyages before their scheduled due date.
7. Roommates and Occupancy Changes
Travelers sharing accommodations are responsible for coordinating arrangements with their roommates.
Changes to room occupancy must be approved before processing.
Occupancy changes may be made without a supplier occupancy-change penalty up to 65 days before the group's earliest arrival, subject to applicable rate adjustments.
Removing a roommate may result in additional charges for the remaining traveler.
Replacement travelers and name changes require supplier approval.
Name changes after travel documents have been issued may result in a $50 per-person supplier fee.
No hotel reservation changes of any type are permitted seven days or fewer before arrival under the resort's group policy.
Vibe & Voyages LLC is not responsible for a roommate's failure to pay or decision to cancel, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Any resulting reservation changes remain subject to supplier policies.
8. Travel Protection – Highly Recommended
VIBE & VOYAGES LLC HIGHLY RECOMMENDS THAT EVERY TRAVELER PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION TO HELP PROTECT THEIR FINANCIAL INVESTMENT IN LUCIAN VIBE 2027.
International travel involves unexpected circumstances that may disrupt or prevent travel, including illness, injury, family emergencies, flight cancellations, severe weather, travel delays, and lost or delayed baggage.
Without adequate travel protection, travelers may face substantial financial losses, including nonrefundable payments, cancellation penalties, and unexpected travel expenses.
ALG Vacations offers optional Travel Protection Plus for eligible reservations.
Travel Protection Requirements
Travel Protection Plus generally must be purchased within seven (7) days of the individual reservation being made or by the applicable supplier final-payment date, whichever occurs first.
Travel protection must be paid in full when purchased.
Travel protection premiums are nonrefundable once purchased.
Benefits, limitations, exclusions, and cancellation provisions are governed by the specific plan selected.
Travel protection does not cover increases in package costs resulting from changes in room occupancy, including the cancellation of a roommate.
Declining Travel Protection
Travelers who decline travel protection acknowledge that they may be financially responsible for nonrefundable payments, supplier penalties, and additional travel expenses resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
Vibe & Voyages LLC is not responsible for expenses or losses that otherwise might have been covered by travel protection, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that Vibe & Voyages LLC has strongly recommended travel protection and that you understand the potential financial risks of declining coverage.
Travel protection is optional unless expressly required for a particular service or reservation.
Travelers are encouraged to review the complete coverage documents before purchasing.
9. Carnival Participation and Group Experiences
Lucian Vibe 2027 is a curated group travel experience during St. Lucia Carnival.
Possible experiences may include:
Carnival celebrations and optional Mas participation.
Group welcome activities and dinners.
Organized excursions and sightseeing.
Private transportation for scheduled group activities.
Catamaran or other recreational experiences.
Group entertainment and social activities.
Only activities expressly identified as included in the traveler's purchased package are included in the reservation price.
Optional activities may require additional payment and advance registration.
Carnival bands, event organizers, excursion providers, and transportation suppliers operate independently and establish their own rules, deadlines, prices, and cancellation policies.
Event times, activities, locations, and availability are subject to change.
Vibe & Voyages will communicate confirmed activity details and material changes when available.
10. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
All travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the documents necessary for international travel.
Requirements may include:
A valid passport meeting applicable entry requirements.
Any required visas or travel authorizations.
Immigration and customs documentation.
Other documentation required by the destination or travel supplier.
Travelers must ensure their reservation names match their official travel documents.
Guests are responsible for verifying current entry requirements before departure.
Vibe & Voyages is not responsible for expenses resulting from incorrect, expired, or missing travel documentation, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Supplier refunds may not be available if a traveler is denied boarding or entry because of documentation issues.
11. Resort Rules and Guest Conduct
All travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the trip.
Guests must comply with:
Resort policies and regulations.
Local laws and customs.
Transportation and excursion provider rules.
Safety instructions issued by authorized personnel.
Reasonable conduct requirements for Vibe & Voyages-organized activities.
Disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from Vibe & Voyages-organized activities, subject to applicable law.
Resort-related disciplinary actions remain under the resort's authority.
12. Itinerary Changes and Unexpected Events
Travel arrangements and organized activities may be modified because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Vibe & Voyages.
Such circumstances may include:
Severe weather or natural disasters.
Flight cancellations or transportation disruptions.
Supplier schedule changes.
Resort operational changes.
Carnival schedule adjustments.
Safety concerns or government restrictions.
Vibe & Voyages will make reasonable efforts to notify affected travelers and coordinate alternative arrangements when feasible.
Refunds or substitutions are subject to applicable supplier agreements and the traveler's legal rights.
13. Third-Party Suppliers and Responsibility
Vibe & Voyages LLC acts as an independent travel agency coordinating services through third-party travel suppliers.
These suppliers may include hotels, airlines, transportation companies, excursion operators, carnival bands, and entertainment providers.
Each supplier is responsible for the services it provides under its applicable terms and conditions.
Vibe & Voyages will provide reasonable assistance in addressing travel-related issues within the scope of its services.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or limits consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Guest Communications
Travelers agree to provide accurate and current contact information, including their email address and telephone number.
Important trip communications may be distributed through:
Email correspondence.
Booking and payment notifications.
The designated Lucian Vibe WhatsApp group.
Official Vibe & Voyages travel documents and trip updates.
Guests are responsible for reviewing communications, payment schedules, reservation confirmations, travel requirements, and final departure instructions.
Failure to review communications does not automatically extend payment or supplier deadlines.
15. Deposit Acceptance & Agreement to Terms
PAYMENT OF YOUR DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
By submitting a deposit for Lucian Vibe 2027, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have received, read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
You understand that the initial reservation deposit is refundable for up to fourteen (14) calendar days, but no later than March 11, 2027.
You understand that deposits become nonrefundable after the applicable refundable period, except as required by law.
You understand that subsequent cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually, in the order received, and that refunds are not guaranteed.
You agree to follow the established payment schedule, with final payment due April 27, 2027.
You understand that failure to make required payments may result in reservation cancellation and applicable penalties.
You acknowledge that Vibe & Voyages LLC has strongly recommended purchasing travel protection.
You understand the potential financial risks of declining travel protection.
You accept responsibility for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
You understand that only services expressly identified in your reservation are included in your package.
You agree to submit all cancellation and reservation-change requests in writing.
16. Credit Card Authorization, Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By submitting payment to Vibe & Voyages LLC, Traveler authorizes the agency and its designated payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the agreed reservation deposit, scheduled payments, and other charges expressly approved by Traveler.
Traveler acknowledges that all payments are subject to the payment schedule, cancellation provisions, refund eligibility requirements, and applicable supplier policies outlined in this agreement.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Traveler agrees to contact Vibe & Voyages LLC at hello@vibeandvoyages.com to seek resolution of any billing concerns or payment disputes before initiating a chargeback, when reasonably possible.
Traveler acknowledges that dissatisfaction with a nonrefundable deposit, a properly disclosed supplier cancellation penalty, or a booking service that was fulfilled according to the agreement does not automatically establish grounds for reimbursement.
Traveler agrees not to knowingly initiate fraudulent, false, or materially misleading chargeback claims.
In the event of a payment dispute, Vibe & Voyages LLC reserves the right to provide payment records, booking confirmations, evidence of services rendered, supplier policies, and proof of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions to the payment processor or financial institution.
Recovery of Costs
Where permitted by applicable law, Traveler may be responsible for reasonable and documented collection costs, court costs, and attorney's fees arising from a successful legal action to recover validly owed amounts, subject to any required judicial determination.
No additional administrative or collection fee will be imposed unless expressly disclosed, legally permitted, and otherwise enforceable.
Nothing in this agreement restricts Traveler's rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to dispute unauthorized charges, billing errors, or services not provided.
17. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Traveler acknowledges that international travel and participation in Lucian Vibe 2027 involve inherent risks.
These risks may arise during resort stays, carnival celebrations, public gatherings, transportation, excursions, recreational activities, and other scheduled or independently arranged experiences.
Potential risks include, but are not limited to:
Physical exertion, fatigue, dehydration, and heat-related illness.
Slips, falls, accidents, or personal injury.
Large crowds, public celebrations, and crowded event environments.
Alcohol consumption and impaired judgment.
Swimming, boating, catamaran excursions, and other water activities.
Severe weather, natural disasters, and unexpected environmental conditions.
Transportation accidents, delays, or disruptions.
Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Medical emergencies and limited access to immediate medical care.
Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
Traveler acknowledges that participation in carnival events, excursions, and recreational activities is voluntary.
Traveler accepts the ordinary and inherent risks associated with activities they voluntarily choose to participate in, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Traveler is responsible for exercising reasonable judgment, following safety instructions, complying with local laws, and determining whether an activity is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Third-Party Suppliers
Vibe & Voyages LLC coordinates certain services through independent suppliers, including resorts, transportation providers, carnival organizations, excursion operators, and recreational activity providers.
These independent suppliers are responsible for their own operations, personnel, equipment, safety procedures, and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe & Voyages LLC shall not be liable for injury, loss, property damage, delay, or disruption caused solely by the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond the agency's reasonable control.
Personal Property and Incidental Expenses
Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, identification, travel documents, electronics, cash, and valuables.
Travelers may be financially responsible for incidental charges, property damage, or additional expenses they personally incur.
Vibe & Voyages LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability is imposed by applicable law.
Medical and Emergency Expenses
Travelers are responsible for medical expenses, emergency treatment, evacuation costs, and other personal expenses incurred during travel unless covered by applicable insurance or another responsible party.
Vibe & Voyages LLC highly recommends purchasing travel protection that includes appropriate medical and emergency evacuation benefits.
Limitation of Liability
Traveler understands that Vibe & Voyages LLC cannot guarantee freedom from risks associated with international travel, carnival celebrations, or recreational activities.
Nothing in this agreement releases Vibe & Voyages LLC from liability for its own negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breach of applicable legal duties, or any other liability that cannot legally be waived.
Acknowledgment
By submitting a deposit after receiving these Terms & Conditions, Traveler acknowledges the inherent risks associated with Lucian Vibe 2027 and accepts the responsibilities described in this section.
No separate signature is required.
Your deposit payment serves as your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, provided the complete agreement was presented or made available to you before payment.
This agreement becomes effective upon receipt and acceptance of your deposit by Vibe & Voyages LLC.
18. Credit Card on File & Recurring Payment Authorization
By enrolling in the Lucian Vibe 2027 monthly payment plan, Traveler agrees to provide and maintain a valid credit or debit card through Vibe & Voyages LLC's designated secure payment processor.
Traveler expressly authorizes the processing of recurring payments according to the amounts, payment dates, and schedule separately presented and accepted during enrollment.
Traveler understands and agrees that:
A valid payment card must remain on file until all required trip payments have been completed.
Scheduled payments may be automatically charged on the dates authorized by Traveler.
Traveler is responsible for updating expired, declined, or otherwise invalid payment methods.
Changes to the authorized billing schedule must be approved and documented.
A $25 late fee may apply to a missed monthly payment when advance notice has not been provided, subject to applicable law.
Any late fee or additional charge will be separately disclosed and authorized before being charged to the card on file.
Revoking authorization for automatic payments does not eliminate amounts otherwise validly owed under the reservation agreement.
Traveler may revoke authorization for future automatic charges by contacting Vibe & Voyages LLC in writing, subject to reasonable processing time and applicable law. Another approved payment arrangement will then be required to keep the reservation in good standing.
Payment Security
Vibe & Voyages LLC will use an authorized payment processor to store and process payment credentials.
Travelers must not send complete credit card numbers or security codes through email, text messages, or WhatsApp.
By enrolling in the monthly payment plan and separately authorizing recurring charges, Traveler acknowledges and accepts these payment requirements.
